About Brian

Growing up in Fostoria Ohio, Brian was not expected to succeed.  After many years of searching for his purpose, Brian is now not only an executive in a very successful company but also a motivational speaker where the story of his journey is very inspiring to all ages.  Brian has over 20 years of leadership, management, and technical experience in the manufacturing industry. Prior to joining Champion Cooler as Vice President in 2011, he was Assistant General Manager of a 200 million dollar manufacturing facility in Clinton, Tn.  He has built his career from the bottom up starting on the shop floor to now Vice President of his current company.  Brian has had to overcome many obstacles in his life.  During his career, Brian has held positions of increasing responsibility as a Journeyman Electrician, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Coordinator, Maintenance and Engineering Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Vice President. He began his career in the United States Air Force where he served as Journeyman Aircraft Maintenance Technician from 1990 until 1994.  Brian is very passionate about his role as a leader.  He really strives on turning a company around through leadership and team building.  He believes that a company will never truly reach its full potential unless the entire team is focused on the vision and mission.  Brian was born and raised in Fostoria, Ohio but graduated high school in Blanchard, Oklahoma.  He finished his Bachelor’s Degree at Capital University in 2001 when he was 29 year old.  He is a proud husband of 22yrs and father of four wonderful children.  Recently Brian received the 2011 – 2012 Friend of Education Award from Denison ISD, 2012 Employer of the Year for the state of Texas awarded by Texas Workforce Commission, 2013 President’s award from Denison Chamber of Commerce, and in 2014 the Citizenship Award by Denison Rotary.  Also he has implemented an internship for high school students and graduates into technical positions within the Denison area.  Brian travels all over the United States inspiring people of all ages.
